We’ve had a little rummage to find some more off-beat festivals for you to enjoy on your travels around the UK this month! We hope you enjoy this Complete Savings blog post.
The Eden Festival, 12th – 15th, Scotland
The Eden Festival is fun for the family, set in the stunning Raehills Meadows and hosting 9 different stages including a kids arena, circus tent, drive in cinema, comedy, cabaret and workshops, as well as a feast of performers, artworks, games and much, much more.
Not long now until we open the gates of Eden. Excited is an understatement 🙂 xx

Barbican Jazz & Blues Festival, 13 – 15th
The Barbican International Jazz and Blues Festival 2014 will be bringing excellent music, fun and entertainment to the historic quayside quarter of Plymouth, Devon. This year offers free live music along with the international yacht race of the Solitaire du Figaro!
Behind the Castle, 14th, Dorset
This one is quite exciting if only for the fact it’s the first Behind the Castle festival ever! Set in the grounds of Sherbourne Castle in Dorset, it will hopefully prove to be a hit with those looking to explore beautiful scenery. See the line-up on the Behind the Castle website.
3 Wishes Faery Fest, 20th – 22nd
Open to all the family, this is a creative and fun environment to enjoy a few days in the Cornish countryside. Alongside the festival, Faery Fest is also trying to break a world record, of at least 1000 fairies in one place. To find out more, head to the facebook page!
The Beacon Festival, 20th – 22nd
The Beacon Festival is an event to celebrate the longest day of summer, high up on the chiltern hills of South Oxfordshire. Selling itself as a mixture of “music, art and FUN”, this festival surely can’t be missed for families looking for something different.
The Lainfest, 20th – 22nd
Lainfest is an independent 3 day live music festival held at Gopsall Hall Farm, Leicestershire. Saturday is their ‘fancy dress to impress’ day! With tickets at under £40, almost a tenth of those for Glasto, it’s well worth a look.
Riverside Rock, 21st, Scotland
Riverside Rock is set to be a musical extravaganza with something for everyone young and old. There will be children’s entertainment of all kinds combined with Rock and Traditional Bands from across the borders and further afield.
Any we’ve missed?
