Questions about Trainline and Complete Savings?
When you are booking travel at trainline.com, you may see an offer to claim cashback on your next purchase. This offer is made by the Complete Savings programme, a separate company from Trainline, and to claim the cashback you must first become a member of the programme. Becoming a member means that you can claim a Welcome Cashback Reward for making another booking at Trainline. Members receive a 30 day trial, after which there is a monthly fee. When you have reached the end of the 30 day trial, you will be charged a monthly fee – this is made clear when you provide your credit/debit card details on the sign-up page. The monthly fee will be referenced on your bank statement as WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK as the bank limits the number of characters allowed for a payment reference.
