  3. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  4. The prize is supplied by THG Beauty Limited (trading as www.cultbeauty.co.uk) of Icon 1 7-9 Sunbank Lane, Ringway, Altrincham, United Kingdom, WA15 0AF (the “Supplier”).
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

How to Participate

  1. This Prize Draw starts on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 at 12:00pm GMT and ends at 11:59pm GMT on Monday, November 24, 2025. All entries received after that time will not be valid and will not be counted.
  2. To enter this Prize Draw and be eligible to comply with the terms and conditions of entry, it is a condition you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years of age at the date of entry.
  3. To enter on X (formerly Twitter), follow @completesave re-share this post and comment what you’re looking forward to most this festive season.
  4. Employees of the promoter, their family members, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are not permitted to enter the prize draw.
  5. You do not have to be a member of Complete Savings to enter the prize draw.
  6. There are no entry cost and no purchase necessary for the prize draw.
  7. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  9. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that if you’re the winner, the Promoter can publish or make available your details (surname and county) to demonstrate we had made a valid award. If you object to any or all your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter customerservice@Completesavings.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Winner Selection

  1. There will be one winner.
  2. The winner will be selected at random within one business day of the closing date and notified within 3 business days via the social media platform (Direct message) they have entered on (X).
  3. Delivery of the prize will be free and can only be delivered to a UK address.
  4. We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
  5. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy –  https://webloyalty.co.uk/privacy-cookies-policy/.
  6. If you are successful, your personal details for the prize will be held by the Promoter and will be shared with the delivery service provider for the purpose of delivering the prize.
  7. We will use data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running and fulfilling the Prize Draw.
  8. The winner acknowledges that the Promoter will require a valid UK address to send the prize to. This information must be submitted discretely via private message on X or Facebook, whichever social media platform the winner has entered on.
  9. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

General Conditions

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter will not be responsible for events beyond its reasonable control.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
  4. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  5. These Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
