  3. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

How to Participate

  1. To enter this Prize Draw and be eligible to comply with the terms and conditions of entry, it is a condition you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years of age at the date of entry.
  2. i) To enter on X (formerly Twitter), follow @completesave and @lookfantastic. retweet the post and comment on why you deserve to win the prize.
    ii) To enter on Facebook, like and share the post and comment on why you deserve to win the prize.
  3. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  4. It is free to enter and you do not have to be a member of Complete Savings to enter into the prize draw.
  5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  6. This Prize Draw starts on Thursday 15th November and ends at midnight GMT on Sunday 26th November. All entries received after that time will not be eligible and will be disqualified.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  8. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that if you’re the winner, we can publish or if requested, make available your details, to demonstrate we had made a valid award.

Winner Selection

  1. If you are successful, your personal details for the prize will be held by the promoter and will only be shared with the delivery service provider for the purpose of delivering the prize. The personal data we collect is limited to your full name and address. We will delete your personal data as soon as your prize has been delivered.
  2. The winner will be selected at random within 1 day from the closing date and notified within 3 days by the social media platform they have entered on (X or Facebook).
  3. We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
  4. We will use data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the Prize Draw.
  5. The winner acknowledges that the Promoter will require a valid UK address to send the prize to. This information can be submitted discretely via private message on X or Facebook, whichever social media platform the winner has entered on.
  6. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

General Conditions

  1. Whilst we do our best to ensure the prize draws runs smoothly, we will not be responsible for events beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules. Our decision is final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
