Aperol Ice Lolly Spritz

What’s better than an ice-cold Aperol Spritz this summer? An Aperol Spritz ice lolly! Keep these away from the kids this summer.

300mL fresh orange juice
Zest of one orange
100mL prosecco
100mL Aperol
60gm caster sugar

Method:

1. Add zest, fresh orange juice, and sugar in a pot over a low heat until the sugar dissolves.
2. Wait for the mixture to cool and add Aperol and prosecco. Stir.
3. Put in an ice lolly mould and freeze.
